Leroy’s was perfect, from my point of view. I prefer to talk directly with mechanics who take pride in their work and their customer service. Leroy’s not only solved my mechanical problem they treated me like a serious customer, not an adversary who probably knows zip anything under the hood. It is becoming hard to find real customer service in the automotive repair industry. I was delighted by my brief experience at Leroy’s.

My experience at Leroy's was literally the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop. I had serious engine ticking noises coming from the top end of the motor. I called about 8 different shops inquiring about a possible top end rebuild. Not one of them would even look at my car. I called Leroy's and they set me up for diagnostics right away. They're customer service was top notch. They did the diagnostics and gave me an answer with in a few hours. It turned out that my A/C compressor had gone bad, and gave me a fair quote on the work. That right there literally saved me a few thousand dollars. Some of the mechanics I had got a hold of pretty much told me without even seeing the car that I was looking at a whole engine replacement. They had the work done one day after dropping it off! They even let me pay by card over the phone and pick up the car after hours. I can't say enough good things about this shop and they have a customer for life now.
