The gentlemen at the front were very helpful and took the time to answer my questions. In the past, I have been to other car dealerships and the staff is not friendly and tries to tell me there are many things wrong with my vehicle and try to upcharge me. But at LeRoy's they're honest and sincere with what the car needs to be worked on. I was referred by my sister and I look forward to referring my friends and family!

As Always You Guys Are The Best! I just switched insurance companies and man, let me tell you about how long it took them to fix my truck... almost 2 weeks! Leroy's held my truck for me with no problems and kept me calm while all ths was gong on. They are great guys, they care about their customers and honestly my new insurance sucks but Leroy's proved to me time after time including holding my truck all that time that they are the ONLY mechanic shop I want to go to! Thanks you guys!!

I brought my 2007 Lexus IS350 in because I had a new battery that died out in just a couple of days. When I installed a new battery I noticed the positive cables attached to the battery would get very hot. I detached the battery line to the alternator and the cables no longer heated up. I was convinced I needed a new alternator and bought one on line for Leroy's to install. I also wanted them to assess the positive battery cables because I could see that the cover had melted in spots. They found the cable that ran from the battery to the fuse box was badly corroded (it was covered and the corrosion wasn't visible). Lexus sells the replacement as a one piece harness at a cost of $3700 (that makes you pucker). Leroy's built a replacement cable for that section of the cable harness at a cost in parts of around $30. They found my alternator was good and that allowed me to return the one I purchased ($240 back in my pocket). The total cost of all of my repair was $300 (primarily labor). A huge savings over what it may have been with another shop. They went above and beyond to provide value and save me money. I will definitely be using them in the future for any car issues and have no worries about their integrity or my pocketbook.
